Our Process

How we work together is largely dependent on the services you choose. At a high level, our process includes the following:

On-boarding

  • As a new client, the first step will be meeting with our team to complete the Discovery Phase. This is our opportunity to learn about your current financial situation, your goals, and your dreams for the future. Knowing that money is merely a tool to help you achieve what you want in life, our goal is to understand you as a person and what matters most to you.

Ongoing service

  • Financial and investment services: Once the Discovery Phase is complete, we will meet with you 2-3 times each year, or as needed, to address specific challenges or opportunities. Throughout the year, we continue to monitor your investments and contact you if any changes to our strategy are indicated.
  • Career and executive coaching: While our approach to coaching is personalized to address your specific needs, we generally meet a minimum of twice a month.
